Asus launched its Zenbook and Viviobook series


Amid the hullaballoo of boycott China campaign, the Taiwanese company Asus has launched its four laptops in India. These four laptops are launched under its Zenbook and Vivobook series. The laptops are Zenbook 14 UX425, Zenbook 13 UX325, Vivobook S14 S433, and Vivobook Ultra K14 K413, launched in different price segments. The products are available online as well as in retail mode.

Zenbook 14 UX425 and Zenbook 13 UX325

The only difference between Zenbook 13 and Zenbook 14 is their screen size. Zenfone 13 has 13 inches and Zenfone 14 has 14 inches of the screen. Except for the screen size, price to all specification of both laptops is the same. Their starting price is 79,990 and goes up according to upgraded specifications. They are available in two colours — Pine Grey, Lilac Mist, and different memory segments — 8GB/16GB/32GB of DDR4 RAM and up to 2TB SSD 3.0 storage. They come with fastest Solid-State Storage drive3.0 which can boot window in 5 seconds and instant app loading. Looking at the processor, it comes with 10 th gen of Intel processor which ranges from i3 to i7.

Two main things that are quite impressive in these Zenbook laptops are their battery backup of 67WHrs providing up to 22 hours of backup with fast charge support and come with a 65-watt fast charger in the box. The second thing is its ErgoLsift hinge that automatically lifts the rear of the laptop slightly when it’s opened, tilting the keyboard to the optimum typing angle of 150 degrees to provide a better typing position.

Vivobook S14 S433

This laptop is available in four colours — Indie Black, Gaia Green, Resolute Red, Dreamy White and comes with OS window 10 Home/Pro. It is having DDR4 RAM of up to 16 GB and SSD storage of up to 1TB. This laptop has dedicated graphics card of 2GB DDR5 VRAM of NVIDIA® GeForce® MX250 to support basic editing software and games.

It provides a full HD IPS display of 14inches with an angle view of 178 degrees. Screen to body ratio is 85% and has 1.4 kg of weight. It is powered by Intel i5 10 th generation processor and 65WHrs battery of 3-cells lithium-polymer battery.

Vivobook Ultra K14 K413

It is available in two versions — 4GB DDR4 RAM/512GB SSD and 8GB DDR4 RAM/512GB SSD upgradeable up to 1TB. It has 14inches of full HD anti-glare display with 84% screen to body ratio. The touchpad has a fingerprint sensor. Powered by Intel i5 10 th gen processor, the basic version comes with i3 10th generation processor.

This laptop has low battery backup up to 6 hours as compared to the above-mentioned laptops, withjust 42WHrs battery. It has no dedicated graphics card like Vivobook S14 and comes with integrated Intel UHD graphics. Its price starts at 44,990.
