BGMI found sending data of Indian players to China

There is bad news for lakhs of Battleground Mobile India lovers, the Indianised version of PUBG Mobile India has been allegedly found sending data to servers in China. 

As per reports, BGMI is allegedly sending data of Indian players to servers in China, comprising one that belongs to Tencent. The Battleground Mobile India Is using several servers to communicate, out of which China Mobile Communications is the most-used one. The desi version of PUBG Mobile India is also allegedly found relaying data between servers located in Moscow, Mumbai, the US, and Hong Kong.

IGN India quoted Battle Ground India is not following what was said by the parent firm Krafton in 2020. On the other hand, a data packet sniffer app was used before playing a match on BGMI and after that, it was found that BGMI was exchanging data with servers in China. Besides, it is said that Battleground Mobile India also established connections with the Tencent servers.
