LG Wing with 2 displays to launch on October 28

One of the most distinctively designed smartphones of 2020 is ready to launch in India on October 28. Yes, we are talking about LG Wing. The smartphone is a part of LG’s Explorer Project. It aims to bring new usability concepts to the market. The latest phone comes with two displays. One of them is a swivel screen that rotates clockwise in 90 degrees. To enhance multitasking and offer new use cases, the phone also comes with a list of software customisations. Last month, LG launched the phone globally however it has recently arrived in South Korea. LG Wing is ready to launch in India for October 28 at 11:30 am.

Due to the coronavirus outbreak, the unveiling will take place virtually. By means of its social media channels, LG India has also started teasing the launch.

LG Wing expected price in India

In India, LG Wing price is yet to be out. Nonetheless, it is expected to be around ₹ 71,400 for the base 128 GB variant. The price has been assessed basis South Korean market where it was launched at KRW 1,098,900.

The phone will come in two different colour options – Illusion Sky colour and Aurora Gray. It runs of Android 10 and comes with a 6.8-inch FHD display. Also, there is secondary 3.9-inch full-HD+ (1,080×1,240 pixels) G-OLED display. Apart from this, it comes with an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G SoC, power packed with 8GB of RAM. Apart from this, it also comes in 128GB and 256GB of storage options. Customers can expand them up to 2TB via microSD card.

Coming to camera, LG Wing features a triple rear camera setup that consists of a 64-megapixel primary. It is paired with a 13-megapixel secondary and a 12-megapixel tertiary sensor. Also, it offers a 32-megapixel selfie camera sensor for selfies and video chats. Besides, the phone comes with a 4,000mAh battery. The battery supports 10W wireless charging and Quick Charge 4.0+ 25W fast charging.
