For mobile gamers, the PUBG Corporation is bringing some piece of good news every day. According to the latest updates, now the PUBG Corporation has registered the company in India. The PUBG Corporation is the owner of PUBG Mobile, PUBG Mobile India, PUBG, and PUBG Mobile Lite. Prior to launching its game soon, it has launched its Indian subsidiary. As per the updates, with a paid-up investment of Rs 5 lakh, the company has been registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. On November 21, the firm was registered and the unveiling of the mobile game will take place very soon. The company had stated that it will erect an Indian subsidiary on the day of the registration.

As a part of this, an investment of as large as $100 million (approx.. Rs 739.72 crore) would take place. According to some updates, the Indian version of the PUBG Mobile India will be primarily available only for users on the Android platform. For their iOS counterparts, the game might likely release a few days later. The company is registered in Bengaluru and this is why it may make Bengaluru as its headquarters for the Indian subsidiary of PUBG Corporation. It will regulate the functioning of PUBG Mobile India game.

What’s future strategy?

After re-entering India’s gaming arena, PUBG Corporation stated that it would make an investment of $100 million into a new company. The company is meant to work as the Indian subsidiary of the PUBG Corporation. After purportedly facing denial from probable candidates that it was talking to, the company has also decided to go solo in India.
